However, if you face any genuine issue, we are here to help.
We accept returns/exchanges only if:
Wrong product delivered
Product received in damaged condition
Major defect in stitching or embroidery
Return/exchange requests must be made within:
48 hours of receiving the product
(Video proof of unboxing required)
Due to the delicate nature of handcrafted shawls, returns are not accepted in the following cases:
Customer change of mind
Minor color/texture difference
Natural handmade variations in design
Used or damaged product by customer
Sale/discounted products

Provide:
Order ID
Photos/video of the issue
Reason for return
Once approved, you must ship the product back within 5 days in original packaging.
Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the mistake is from our end.
Refunds are initiated only after:
Product is received back
Quality check is completed
Return request is approved
Refund mode:
Online payment → Same mode refund
COD order → Bank transfer
Refund processing time: 7–10 working days
If a replacement of same product is unavailable, customer may choose another product by:
Paying price difference (if higher)
Or receiving store credit (if lower)
Store credit validity: 90 days
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase
Once shipped → No cancellation allowed
All returns/refunds are subject to our final inspection and approval.
We reserve the right to refuse a return request if it does not meet the above criteria.
